As HopeChest enters its third decade of ministry to orphans and vulnerable children, we are focusing even more efforts on creating sustainable solutions that create self-sufficiency within the communities we serve. My updated blog will highlight these initiatives of HopeChest and our partners

As an example, this video lays out the vision for making our Swaziland feeding program completely sustainable by 2017. This will help create jobs, control costs, and increase ownership in local solutions. In fact, the very first steps have already been taken at our CarePoints in Swaziland, and we’re looking at expanding this vision to Uganda next.
