Be prepared to receive a warm, enthusiastic, celebratory welcome when you arrive at the CarePoint. Enjoy a day of activities at the CarePoint and in the community planned by the CarePoint.
CarePoint Day Two – Sponsorship Day
The visiting team and the CarePoint partner to connect current sponsors to their sponsors and to get to know those still looking for sponsors. Goal: Let’s leave the CarePoint with all friends partnered!
CarePoint Day Three – Led by Visiting Team
