I’ve always had a passion for youth. As a former volunteer at an inner city school, it became clear that the resources I take for granted are luxuries to many inside our “bubble”. I’ve never been outside of the US, but learned a lot about many hardships in impoverished countries from the refugee students at the school. When I heard about this team and its plan to help expand the building, I felt led to join and do what I can in a small way.
