After praying about ways to step out in faith this year, I felt led to join our church charity running club and commit to finishing a 25k race with the group. Physically, it’s a stretch goal that will push me to grow in discipline and perseverance—qualities I know God uses to shape us. But more importantly, it’s about community and purpose. Running together lets us encourage one another week after week, just like we do in other areas of life at church.
