Misión Energes CarePoint is located in the town of Monjas in southeastern Guatemala, approximately 100 km east of Guatemala City. The community is hardworking and resourceful, though many families face challenges such as limited access to nutritious food, high unemployment, low wages, and overcrowded schools.
In partnership with Eastminster Presbyterian Church, Misión Energes CarePoint provides a safe and welcoming space where children and families can access programs that support education, leadership development, nutrition, health, and spiritual growth. Through these programs, children build on their strengths, families gain practical tools to thrive, and the community grows stronger.
