Pueblo Modelo CarePoint is located in the city of Zacapa in eastern Guatemala, approximately 160 km east of Guatemala City. The community is close-knit and engaged, though many families face challenges such as limited access to nutritious food, educational resources, and consistent spiritual guidance.
In partnership with Immanuel Lutheran Church and School, Pueblo Modelo CarePoint provides a safe and welcoming space where children and families can access programs that support education, leadership development, nutrition, health, and spiritual growth. Through these programs, children build on their strengths, families gain practical tools to thrive, and the community grows stronger.
