The community is hardworking and resourceful, though many families face challenges such as low wages from agricultural work, poor nutrition, limited healthcare, and difficulty paying school fees.
In partnership with Christ the King Lutheran Church, San Antonio CarePoint provides a safe and welcoming space where children and families can access programs that support education, leadership development, nutrition, health, and spiritual growth. Through these programs, children build on their strengths, families gain practical tools to thrive, and the community grows stronger.
