The Woyera KaliHiwot CarePoint is planning to begin an economic empowerment project that will empower families in the community. This will be one of the CarePoints Income Generating Activities (IGAs) that will provide business development education and ownership programs offered to parents/ guardians of sponsored children. IGAs provides revenue for basic needs as well as savings groups, and also equip participants with necessary capital and tools to launch businesses as they move towards independence.
