Woyera Kalihiwot Vocational IGAs
The Income Generating Activity project aims to empower vulnerable families in Woyera CarePoint with the materials and expertise they need to start and sustain their income-generating activities (IGAs).
The programme will be implemented over several months and will involve training sessions, provision of seed money, and continuous support of families to help them start and expand their business. A team of professional staff members will supervise the project and work closely with the families to guarantee its success. The goal of the Woyera Families Economic Empowerment Project is to engage 20 children’s families in income-generating activities through Community Self-Help
Saving Groups.
This project will employ various activities, including capacity building and loan
availability, to motivate and encourage the respective families involved in the initiative
The families involved in Woyera CarePoint have been struggling with inflation and economic challenges. These difficulties have made it increasingly complex for them to access essential services and support. As a result, the community is coming together to find innovative solutions and provide mutual aid.
