About Global Partners Conference 2026

Children’s HopeChest invites YOU to join passionate partners, staff, CarePoint leaders, and supporters to join us for the 2026 Global Partners Conference (GPC). Under the theme Building Together, we will focus on strengthening partnerships, sharing best practices, and aligning strategies to advance the mission of empowering vulnerable children and communities worldwide.

This event offers a valuable opportunity to engage with HopeChest leaders and partners from around the globe in collaborative sessions, networking, and worship.

Sample Itinerary

Thursday, September 24:

  • Arrive and Registration (3:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
  • Reception with light refreshments

Friday, September 25:

  • Breakfast (7:00 AM – 8:30 AM) provided at DoubleTree Hotel
  • Conference Sessions (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
  • Dinner with HopeChest Staff at the DoubleTree Hotel

Saturday, September 26:

  • Breakfast (7:00 AM – 8:30 AM) provided at DoubleTree Hotel
  • Morning Sessions (9:00 AM – 12:30 PM) 
  • Celebration Evening (5:00 PM – 9:30 PM)
    • Reception with hors d’oeuvres and drinks
    • Dinner and program
    • Dessert and fellowship

Celebrate the Story God is Writing Through HopeChest!

To close out the conference, we will host a Celebration Evening. This special event will include dinner, impact stories, and more surprises. You won’t want to miss it! Registration for the Celebration Evening is included in the conference fee.

The conference will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, 1775 E. Cheyenne Mountain Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO 80906. We’ve reserved a block of rooms at a special discounted rate for HopeChest attendees.

There is plenty of networking space, including large rooms, breakout rooms, dining areas, and several comfortable areas for intimate conversations. There is complimentary self-parking, free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour fitness center, and an indoor pool. A complimentary shuttle to and from the Colorado Springs Airport is available.

Conference Pricing

We’re excited to offer an  Early Bird rate of $199 per person for the full Global Partners Conference. This includes the conference sessions, Dinner with Staff on Friday night, and the Celebration Evening on Saturday. It’s going to be a special night you won’t want to miss!

After May 31, the conference price will increase to $249.
