To cancel your sponsorship or other recurring gift please complete the Gift Cancellation Request form or call our office.

2024 Giving Statements were provided to all donors via email or mail in January 2025. If you do not see your statement, please check your junk email folder. To request a replacement statement, email childrenshopechest@hopechest.org.
