On May 9, 2026, Joe Fifer, along with Team Ceiba Blanca from Cornerstone Church, will be participating in the Amway River Bank Run in downtown Grand Rapids to raise support for an additional classroom at the CarePoint Community Center in Guatemala. We live in an economic bubble here in West Michigan and it’s easy to be unaware of other less fortunate communities. To help another community educate their children along with a faith based group like Cornerstone seems like a worthy effort.
