This is CarePoint Graduation: A Brand-New Video!

We’re excited to share a brand-new video that highlights an important milestone in the HopeChest story, one that you have helped make possible.

Several of our long-standing CarePoint communities are entering a new season. After years of partnership, relationship-building, and locally-led programming, these communities are now ready to take full ownership of their development. HopeChest will no longer be running programs in these locations. The community will. And that has always been the goal we have worked toward together.

This five-minute video gives you a clear picture of what CarePoint Graduation looks like in practice. You will hear from global staff, CarePoint alumni, local leaders, and community members as they share how long-term transformation is becoming a lived reality. It is an honest and hopeful glimpse into the impact of your partnership and the future it is helping to build.
