Bole Bulbula CarePoint is located in Bole Sub-City, on the north-eastern side of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia’s capital city. The community is resilient and resourceful, though many families struggle with low incomes that don’t cover food or school fees, malnutrition, high living costs, and shared or temporary housing.
Many community members have migrated from other regions of Ethiopia and work in construction, building cobblestone, cleaning homes, washing clothes, or baking injera.
In partnership with the Koelle Jech Connect Community, Bole Bulbula CarePoint provides a safe and welcoming space where children and families can access programs that support education, leadership development, nutrition, health, and spiritual growth. Through these programs, children build on their strengths, families gain practical tools to thrive, and the community grows stronger.
